Terms

• By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms of service described below.
• If the Terms and Conditions are violated, I have the right to terminate the commission and not work with the client again.
• I have the right to refuse any commission without explaining the reason.
• The Terms and Conditions described here are subject to change without notice.
• English is not my first language, so please be patient.Commissions• Visual references and clear order information are required.
• Altering my artwork is not permitted. If necessary, please contact me.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the queue.
• I send updates on the art process whenever possible and also keep the process updated on Trello.
• The art will be made based on what was previously agreed upon. Significant changes after sketch approval (such as changes to poses, colors, character design, etc.) may incur additional costs.
• Corrections of my errors and minor changes are made at no additional cost.
• I do not make changes after final delivery. (Except in specific situations, at most 5 days after delivery of the finished work).
• If any problems arise with the art during the process, please let me know so I can correct them.

Payments

• After making the payment, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms.
• Payment must be made via PayPal or Ko-fi donation.
• Work will only begin after payment of at least 50% of the total amount, once the order is accepted. The remaining 50% must be paid within 72 hours of sketch approval.
• Commission will be paused until 100% payment is received.Refund• If you haven't started the sketch yet, you can request a 100% refund.
• If the sketch has been delivered and/or started, you will only be able to request a 50% refund.
• If the line art or rendering process has started, or if the artwork has already been delivered, a refund will not be possible.

Commercial Use and Image Rights

• Illustrations commissioned for personal use cannot be used commercially.
• The prices in the price lists refer to personal use. Sale and commercial use are only permitted upon payment of fees.
• For commercial use, an additional fee of 100% to 200% of the value will be charged, depending on the purpose.Image Rights• I own all rights to my artwork and can publish it on any platform without needing authorization or prior notice. Exceptions: If the artwork is linked to a project that cannot yet be disclosed, the client must inform me in advance of the reason and the desired confidentiality period.
• Selling my artwork as NFT is prohibited.
• Selling, reselling, reproducing, or distributing my artwork without my authorization is prohibited.
• Use for feeding Artificial Intelligence is prohibited.
• Use for Tracing is prohibited.
• Publishing the artwork as if it were your own is not allowed.
